At Theradome, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
